This hotel is located in the heart of a charming town, just steps away from the cathedral. The rooms, with their wooden floors, have a classic and cozy feel. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive to detail. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the great value for money. Plus, the included breakfast is a convenient and tasty start to the day.

Excellent location in the beautiful city of Braga. Nice atmosphere, with Portuguese 'azulejo' adorning the walls and the breakfast room. Internet terminal, safe parking, very nice staff.

The hotel is centrally placed; the cathedral is only a few yards away as are the main shopping streets. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast good. The staff were most helpful and we thank them for a good visit.

The location of this hotel could not be better, not could the service. The manager was extremely hospitable and knowledgeable, providing great recommendations, quick help and some laughs as well. He alone is worth going back to this hotel.

The attendants at the front desk were friendly and solicitous in ensuring we had a good stay in Braga--providing driving directions, sightseeing tips, and restaurant recommendations (including a recommendation for Pudim Abade Priscos--a Braga speciality and my favorite dessert in Portugal). The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and clean, the breakfast was very satisfactory, and the hotel was centrally located for exploring Braga. I would be happy to recommend Albergaria de Se to others.

Hotel was pleasant enough and well located for the sights of Braga.
Some of the fittings in the room getting a little tired. Breakfast was dull - surely they could try a bit harder!

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time. The central location was perfect for exploring the city's Christmas markets and attractions. The private room was spacious and clean, and the helpful staff provided great tips for local dining. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus, with plenty of options to start the day off right.
Parking was a bit of an issue, as there was no designated spot for guests. We also had trouble with noise from nearby restaurants and bars, which disrupted our sleep at times.

A perfect hotel for a person or family who want to be in the middle of the city, to a good price and with a familiar feeling. If I ever come back to Braga, I would definetely stay at this hotel again!

Wonderful central location, and very comfortable accomodation.Staff very helpful and parking made available in private road. Breadfast good and overall excellent value for money. Will return.
Limited access to Wifi, which is a problem when travelling around, and was an obvious problem for some fellow, business, travellers. This should be sorted out to meet modern requirements.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. the cleanliness of the room was impressive and the staff was friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and the availability of hot showers.
The noise level was high, with lots of noise coming from outside and from adjacent rooms. the curtains could have been thicker to block out more light and the Wi-Fi was spotty at best.

It is a budget hotel in the centre but not very crowded, located in the old area near the cathedral. The staff is careful and breakfasts are good. What I liked best was how clean my room was.
